Cille is often invited by companies, schools and communes to do motivational talks and presentations about topics as assertive communication or experience economy and how to work around and implement the mindset and the tools in ones strategy work. Mostly she is talking about subjects like:

Cille has been a guest teacher at schools like Copenhagen School of Design & Technology, Aarhus University, Danish Musicians Union (DMF), Innovative Music Management, Innovative Event Management, Bloom institute, Visit Denmark, Faaborg - Midtfyn commune, The Royal Academy of Music in Aarhus and Copenhagen School of Entrepreneurship under Copenhagen Business School. She is also appointed external censor at music management at all Danish music academies by the Danish ministry of culture.
