After working several years as a brand strategist, Cille started wondering why we always work around the product and put all our effort into selling it, but often forget about the person behind? Why not turn it all around and start with the person behind the product and the service. How to make them shine and have fun, so they are thriving and hereby coming up with and implementing the best solutions?
Cille´s above all purpose is to help people thrive in what they do. She´s on a mission, when it comes to creating constructive and assertive minds and build healthy confidence in people. As an add on to her master in experience economy, she took a coaching degree while she was on maternity leave and today she is specialized in master coaching of companies, leaders and entrepreneurs, who she helps bounce new ideas, build assertive minds and create vivacious strategies.
When it comes to helping leaders, entrepreneurs and companies she is also working with creative advisory where she is hired to brainstorm ideas, create 360 identities, building up company confidence and setting ideas out in the world. Cille´s biggest motivation and skills lays in inspiring people and helping them seeing and believing in their new potentials and giving them the tools to implement it .
A coaching session is 60 minutes, there is total confidentiality and Cille always work with 3 or more sessions to be able to help her clients. For more info please send an email.
Due to Covid 19, all sessions are currently online via Zoom.Booking of session are binding and non refundable. If you feel like rescheduling your sessions, get in contact with Cille 2 days in advance of your session. If a session is rescheduled later than 2 days before, the session is seen as paid for.
If you want to pay in rates, theres an extra fee of 10%.
